Role Overview
Enginagar is seeking a creative and technically skilled Architectural Designer to join our design and BIM team. You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural concept models, schematic designs, and coordinated construction documentation sets for diverse global projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural BIM models from schematic concept through detailed construction documentation.
- Create high-quality presentation graphics, elevations, sections, and photorealistic 3D visualization renders.
- Coordinate architectural layouts with structural engineers and MEP consultants to ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural shop drawings, schedule tables, and material takeoff documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, life-safety standards, and client design briefs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent architectural degree.
- 2+ years of professional architectural modeling and documentation experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape/Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong aesthetic sense paired with deep understanding of building construction details.
- Ability to manage multiple project milestones in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
