BIM Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive BIM Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary spatial coordination, clash detection workflows, and BIM execution across international projects. You will work closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts, maintain ISO 19650 compliance, and deliver high-precision federated models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary clash detection and spatial coordination meetings using Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Manage and maintain project federated models across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
  • Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), model audit checklists, and Level of Development (LOD) matrices.
  • Generate clear clash reports, issue tracking logs (BCF), and coordinate design resolutions with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure model quality, parameter compliance, and standardized drawing extractions across all project phases.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
  • Thorough understanding of clash detection matrices, clearance tolerances, and constructability review workflows.
  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and collaborative Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for international stakeholder collaboration.
