Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Engineer to model, coordinate, and detail Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing systems. You will play a vital role in routing building services through restricted ceiling voids and producing accurate shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Model 3D HVAC ductwork, domestic water, drainage, fire suppression, and electrical cable tray systems in Revit.
- Coordinate service routings with structural beams, transfer slabs, and architectural ceiling heights.
- Produce LOD 400 fabrication-level spool sheets, wall/slab sleeve penetration drawings, and equipment schedules.
- Participate in clash detection sessions and implement engineering design modifications swiftly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 2+ years of practical experience modeling complex MEP systems using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC routing principles, drainage slopes, and electrical containment standards.
- Hands-on experience with Navisworks clash review and sleeve coordination.
