Scan-to-BIM Specialist

Role Overview
Enginagar is expanding its Reality Capture division and looking for a Scan-to-BIM Specialist. You will process dense 3D terrestrial laser scan point clouds and convert them into millimeter-accurate LOD 300 to LOD 500 as-built Revit models.
Key Responsibilities
- Register, clean, and optimize raw 3D laser scan point clouds in Autodesk ReCap Pro and CloudCompare.
- Model existing architectural, structural, and MEP elements directly from point cloud datasets.
- Conduct surface deviation analyses and quality check audits between point clouds and Revit geometry.
- Embed asset parameters and COBie data into existing-condition digital twins.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in point cloud processing and Revit Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with laser scanning hardware data formats (E57, PTS, RCS/RCP).
- High attention to detail and precision in capturing existing building anomalies.
