Role Overview
Join our Structural BIM team to model reinforced concrete frames, structural steel connections, and foundation systems for high-rise towers and industrial complexes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create LOD 350 and LOD 400 structural models including foundations, columns, transfer slabs, and steel trusses.
- Generate accurate structural framing plans, section cuts, rebar detailing, and bar bending schedules.
- Coordinate structural concrete sleeve openings with MEP service routes.
- Review engineering calculations and translate engineer markups into precise Revit structural elements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2+ years experience in structural modeling using Revit Structure or Tekla.
- Sound knowledge of RC detailing standards, structural steel connection types, and foundation systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eye for structural clash identification.
